Our Story

Why we started TSC.

Tattva Struct-Val Consultants was founded on a simple observation: property owners, lenders and developers were often making six and seven-figure decisions on the back of rushed, generic reports. We set out to change that — combining a chartered engineer's technical discipline with genuine, on-the-ground construction experience.

Today, TSC delivers valuation, project management, construction execution, technical audits and certification services to individuals, corporates and financial institutions across Bengaluru — each engagement handled with the same attention we'd want for our own property.

Sharath B.

Sharath leads every valuation and audit personally, drawing on a academic and site-execution background that few consultancies combine. Before founding TSC, he spent over seven years teaching construction engineering while staying active in live projects — a combination that shapes how the firm approaches every assignment: rigorous on paper, practical on site.
